Great place to get food to grab and go. The drive through is great, never a long wait to get your food. They make the BEST caramel mochiattos! Taste better than starbucks! Workers are always polite!
Horrible! Went inside and ordered, waited 30 minutes for our food, and it was cold when we finally did get it. Inside of restaurant was extremely Smoky, and a employee screamed at the manager to "F*%@ off" loud enough for my 3 children to hear it when sitting in the lobby. Manager was aware of the problem and not once came over to us to apologize, or try to make it better. Worst experience ever.....
Always fresh food and happy faces! The night manager, Alyssa, is always there to help solve any problems you may have! She is an excellent manager and her customer service skills are out of this world! Many of the regular customers love her...and it's easy to see why! Quick and friendly staff always willing to be there to help when needed!
