I have been going to this hospital for 20 yrs and I have never had a bad experience. They have always tried my family and me with the utmost respect.
I drove an elderly lady from Ottawa to see Dr. Perona with a 1:45 pm appointment. After we left Ottawa her husband was called by his receptionist that she was late for her 1pm appointment. Again her appointment card said 1:45pm. We arrived at Dr. Perona's office at 1:35 pm. on time for her 1:45 pm appointment, and was told her appointment was at 3:30pm not 1:45pm as indicated on her card. Both receptionists were belligerent, and unapologetic. Said they would try to work her in. She was finally worked in, and I do not recommend anyone use this Doctor's office until he straightens his receptionists out. They said mistakes happen. Ha!! 3 of them in less than 1 1/2 hrs. NEVERMORE.
THIS PLACE SUCKS. WENT INTO THE ER WITH A BLOOD SUGAR OF 65. AND THEY GAVE ME AN ORANGE JUICE AND DIDNT EVEN CHECK MY BLOOD SUGAR BEFORE I WAS RELEASED. I WAS ALSO SEEN FOR AN ANXIETY ATTACK TONIGHT AND THEY GABE ME THE LOWEST DOSAGE OF ATIVAN AND SENT ME HOME. I WAS TAKEN THERE BY AMBULANCE AND WAS SENT HOME LIKE I WASNT A PRIORITY BECAUSE IM ON PUBLIC AID. NEWS FLASH IM A SINGLE MOTHER AND WORK MY TAIL OFF. VERY UPSET WITH THE UNPROFESSIONALISM THERE ALSO.

As my uncle rushed my grandpa into the ER not thinking he had long to make it my sister mom and I rushed there to see him incase things took a turn for the worst and that was going to be the last time we got to see him and some woman sent us out of the er saying only 2 per room when I've been in there before and never has there ever been that rule and another woman said that's only a "rule" and now my sister and I are leaving and if something happens to him and I didn't get to say my goodbyes I hope that woman who wouldn't even let me give goodbye hugs and kisses let's that sit in her mind for all of her life, I've never been so upset in my life before I hope that that woman is put in the same spot and gets to suffer, I've never been so disgusted before in my entire life. And to top it all off we called ahead to make sure someone could help my uncle take him in and instead we showed up and everyone was walking around just standing there!
I Was Born at this hospital 51 years ago and they took really good care of my mother and me when I was born. thank you ST. MARGRETS HOSOPITAL..THANK YOU YOU HELPED BRING ME INTO THIS WORLD.
