The City Clerk's office is directly behind the police station. It has a fountain and the library is just next door with a park with a pavilion just behind. Very lovely and well maintained. I personally love it because the Clerk's office has a community room downstairs you can rent for pretty cheap. It has an elevator, which is great for any older ones in your party, and they have a sink, refrigerator with a freezer and a stove with a nice big space for serving/prep. The restrooms are clean too. We've used it for numerous get togethers.
